CWJ is looking for an energetic and passionate individual to join our Pandora Jewelry team at our Harrisonburg location as a Part-Time Sales Associate! If you have a talent for connecting with customers and a love for helping people find the perfect piece of jewelry, we’d love to hear from you.  

Responsibilities:  

Provide exceptional customer service and create an enjoyable shopping experience.  

Engage in clienteling to build lasting customer relationships.  

Meet and exceed sales goals.  

Maintain knowledge of Pandora products, promotions, and services.  

Assist with visual merchandising and organizing the store.  

Requirements:  

Must be fluent in both Spanish and English.  

Previous sales experience is required.  

Strong experience in providing outstanding customer service.  

Ability to build meaningful connections and focus on clienteling.  

Friendly, professional, and driven by results.  

Compensation:  

Compensation will be determined by experience.

Job Description  

CWJ is seeking a motivated and goal-driven Full-Time Jewelry Sales Associate to join our team. If you are passionate about client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and working in a rewarding retail atmosphere, this may be the perfect opportunity for you! This position would be required to flex between our two stores, depending on where coverage is needed.

Responsibilities:  

Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.  

Build long-lasting relationships with customers through clienteling efforts.  

Meet and exceed sales goals and performance standards.  

Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.  

Maintain an organized and visually appealing retail space.  

Work at both our Harrisonburg and Weyers Cave locations.  

Requirements:  

Proven retail sales experience (preferably in jewelry or luxury sales).  

Strong clienteling skills with an ability to build and nurture customer loyalty.  

Goal-oriented mindset with the drive to meet and exceed targets.  

Friendly, professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.  

Flexibility to work at both store locations as needed.
